This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient and the rooms themselves are cleaned to a high standard. Additionally, the location is very convenient, being close to Northampton town centre.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being right next to a busy dual carriageway. The adjoining pub, Queen Eleanor, offers a good selection of food and the staff are excellent, going out of their way to help. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and there is effective double glazing to block out the traffic noise.

There have been noise disturbances caused by other guests, which can be a downside.
